📦 Rolling Recovery Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when you purchase from Rolling Recovery.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded.
If you experience any issues with your file or need help accessing your download, please contact us — we're here to help!

Physical Items (e.g. Shirts, Prints)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns at this time, as our work supports lived experience advocacy and community-led projects with limited resources.

Rolling Recovery is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Under consumer law you are entitled to a refund if:

● it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it

● it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time

● it does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time

You are entitled to return a product if you believe:

● there is a problem with the item at a fault of ours or our print providers

 Buyer is responsible for returning the product so we can assess the item and potentially issue a refund or a replacement. We will attempt to resolve any issues prior to using the return option. We will only cover return postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.

● You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to get a refund but we do require it to be unused and in the same condition it was sent in.

● Original freight/shipping fees are non refundable

● You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders
