At Rolling Recovery, we believe in connection, healing, and community.
While our long‑term dream is to create real safe spaces (like transitional stays and caravans) for people coming out of mental health crisis, the work we do right now matters:
• Weekly wellness groups for children & teens
• Holistic, trauma‑informed counselling with lived‑experience leadership
• Downloadable tools, wellbeing cards, and resources for families, teachers, and support workers

Each contribution helps cover:
• Materials, venue hire, facilitators & supervision
• Development of new group formats (kids, teens, adults)
• Free or low‑cost spots so no one is turned away
• Building toward future community‑led safe spaces and housing‑focused supports
