15-Minute Intake & Meet-and-Greet Session

(FREE – recommended before your first full session)

A short, gentle introduction session to help you feel comfortable, ask questions, and see whether holistic counselling is the right fit for you.

This is a relaxed check-in where we can briefly explore:

• What’s bringing you in
• What kind of support you’re looking for
• Your goals or concerns
• Any access needs or preferences
• Whether ongoing sessions may benefit you

This is not a counselling session — it’s simply a safe space to meet, chat, and get a feel for how sessions work.

What to Expect
✔ Calm, friendly introduction
✔ Confidential and trauma-informed
✔ Neurodivergent-affirming
✔ Zero pressure — you can ask anything
✔ A chance to explain what you need
✔ Quick overview of student acknowledgement form
✔ Option to book a full session afterwards (no obligation)

Important
This intake is provided under student practice while I complete formal qualifications in Holistic Counselling and Mental Health.
No personal identifying details are used in any coursework.

Price: FREE
