The Kids Wellness & Connection Club is a weekly community wellbeing group designed to help children develop healthy emotional skills, confidence, and meaningful friendships.
Each session includes a mix of:
• Creative arts and hands-on making
• Outdoor movement or simple games (supports brain development and regulation)
• Emotional wellbeing worksheets
• Gentle check-in tools
• Cooperative board games
• Optional Nintendo Switch group play (turn-taking, self-regulation, shared dopamine experiences)
This group is perfect for children who:
• Benefit from routine and gentle structure
• Need calm connection after school
• Thrive through creativity
• Experience big feelings and need a regulated space
• Enjoy small community group environments
Important:
This is a wellbeing and connection group — not therapy or childcare.
Parents remain responsible for drop-off and pick-up.
Location:
• First session free for local families
Come try it, and see if it’s a good fit.
• Ongoing sessions:
-
$10 per child ($5 for each additional sibling)
• Multiple children:
If you have more than one child attending, just message me —
I’ll adjust the price so it stays affordable for your family.
• Pay what you can
No child will miss out. If times are tough, talk to me quietly and I’ll work something out.
Why there is a small cost:
This helps cover materials, preparation time, resources, insurance, and running costs.
I’m hoping this can be funded in the future, but for now I need to make sure the club is sustainable.
