A safe weekly hangout for teens aged 11–17, focused on wellbeing, peer connection, healthy routines, creativity, and real-world nervous system support.
The Teen Wellness & Connection Club provides a relaxed, supportive space for teens to connect, talk, learn wellbeing skills, and build healthy habits without pressure or judgement.
Sessions may include:
• Art + creative expression
• Movement games or short outdoor walks
• Chill board games + team challenges
• Guided grounding + emotional literacy tools
• Real discussions about coping, confidence, friendships, and motivation
• Short skills for managing stress, overwhelm, screen changes, and life transitions
• Optional shared Nintendo play for controlled dopamine + turn-taking
This group supports teens who:
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or overstimulated
• Need safe social connection outside of school
• Are adjusting to less screen time (social media ban etc.)
• Want a calm, positive Friday evening instead of risky behaviour or boredom
• Thrive when they feel included and valued by community
Important:
This is a wellbeing space — not a clinical service or therapy.
Parents responsible for drop-off and pick-up unless pre-arranged.
Location: The Breeze Holiday Park Games Room
• Free to attend — donation-based
Donations are welcome and help cover snacks, resources, and activities, but there is no expectation to pay.
• Some special sessions may have a small cost
If we plan a craft day, outing, or a hands-on project,
I’ll always let parents know beforehand and keep the cost low and optional.
• Teen-led, guided by me
The group is youth-driven, supported safely and gently by me so teens feel ownership and confidence.
Ages: 11–17
